Psychic hearing falls under Paranormal Psychology (PNP) because what is experienced or heard is considered paranormal activity. Like natural ears that are connected to a head, some individuals have psychic ears, temporal, that allow paranormal or psychic vibrations to be intepreted, translated, or transmitted as sound waves that can be understood and communicated to others.

Since this form of hearing, conceptually can paralell natural hearing, like natural ears, unless you are someplace where there is not sound or there is not temporal hearing, you will hear. More experience with hearing makes it easier to tolerate. Imagine someone born naturally deaf and a surgey allows them to hear when they are an adult. Managing this natural sense will take adjusting to.

This is also true for psychic or temporal sound. If someone does not have psychic or temporal hearing and because of a supernatural phenomena starts experiencing psychic or temporal sounds, sthis would take some adjusting to.
